2) Should be responsible for delivering the projects in time.

3) Should be able work in a Team and individually.

4) Responsible for developing high traffic sites maintaining high standards.

5) Should be able to perform well under pressure situations and deadlines.

6) Should have understanding of software development life-cycle and best practices.
