Desired Experience: Min. 4 years of experience in PHP, Codeigniter and OOP

Job Description:
-Should get actively involved in project management activities keeping a focus on profitability and timely completion of the project
-Should be aware of the current updates on technologies and able to suggest framework, package for implementation based on the client requirement.
-Own the product development from scratch - Architect scalable, distributed and large scale web and mobile solutions from scratch
-Ensure test driven development (TDD) methodologies are deployed to execute project
-Define and ensure right coding practices
-Code for fresh development and to troubleshoot and resolve issues
-Report development progress to management team
-Keep self-updated with latest technologies in web, mobile and cloud space
-Lead web development efforts, including hiring, mentoring and advising peers
-Keep the team charged up with challenging work

Skill Set Required:
-Relevant experience in HTML5, CSS3, PHP,Codeigniter, MySQL, Programming Skills, E-Commerce, Teamwork, Verbal Communication, cross-browser compatibility, Web User Interface Design (UI), Security Principles, Object-Oriented Design, Web Services (REST/SOAP), Multimedia Content Development, APIs
-Experience in developing responsive sites and resolving browser compatibility issues
-Good overall exposure/knowledge of LAMP open source frameworks, CMS, ecommerce packages will be added
-Exposure to server related management activities is a plus.
-Experience in any 2 of the CMSs: WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, and Magento
-Passion for creating efficient, scalable web interfaces.
-Experience in Payment gateway Integrations
-Experience of PHP, Codeigniter and OOP mandatory

B.Sc., B.Sc.(Hons.), B.Tech/B.E.
