Salary Details: Upto INR 4.5 LPA

Coordinating with placement agencies for the candidates.
Searching access from Portals.
Co-ordinate with the recruitment agencies for ongoing flow of the resumes and giving back timely feedbacks.
Scheduling & coordinating for interviews.
Evaluating test papers of candidates.
Joining formalities like fill up of personal profile form, collection of documents, bank account opening formalities etc
Preparation of the salary breaks up of new joinees & seeking approval from the management.
Issuance of the Salary breakup to the candidate and counter approval of the candidate & Management.
Induction to the new joiner and take a feedback on the induction evaluation form.
Collection of the documents from the new joiner and verification of the same, follow-up for the incomplete documents.
Keeping track records of loan & advance taken by employees with co-ordination of Accounts department.
Maintain & update HR MIS reports & employees information.
Clarify employee grievance & various issues/queries related to leave salary, salary payments etc.
Preparing Offer letter, Appointment letter, Extension of probation letter, Service bond & Confirmation letters, and issuance of the same and responsible for keeping track of the same.
Maintaining new joinee data & co-ordinating with purchase department for arranging ID cards to new joinees from vendor on monthly basis.
Responsible for sending Birthday greetings, major festivals greeting to employee through mails.
Responsible for miscellaneous HR activities like circulars, policy management.
To maintain Leave records of employees.
To maintain late coming reports & informing same to management & their HOD’s.
Preparation of the Full & Final settlement.
Issuance of Experience & reliving letters & full & final settlement letter.
Completion of the provident fund post separation formalities.
Adherence to the Report Matrix.
Daily MIS, Weekly MIS and Monthly MIS in line to adherence to Report Matrix.
Preparation and handover of the Provident Fund and Professional Tax reports to Accounts Department
Verify the bills received from the Contractors for attendance and charges from the labour Contractors/canteen and handover to the accounts department for further processing.
All appointment letter/ offer letters/Confirmation letters of HR department will have a clause of “CL, PL and SL cannot be availed from 1th – 6th of any month.
Ensure contractors receive the cheques on time.
Preparation of the Unauthorized Leave MIS and Report by the 15th of every month.
Skills Required: Good communication skill.
