Attending to customer queries through emails and phones calls.
Designing Preparing Itineraries Outbound Holiday packages for customers.
Handling Bookings Documentation.
Processing Bookings by Coordinating with operations Team.
Negotiate Vendor Prices fees and expenses in coordination with other department.
Complete in-charge of Outbound tour operations and preparing costing for outbound queries.
