Job Description:

-Assigning tasks to the experts, following up with them and delivering the assignments after quality check

-Finding, hiring and training of new experts in different subjects.

-Maintaining records for all the assignments done by the experts (with codes), word count, and payment details,current status etc. on Google sheets (as per the specified guidelines).

Quality Step Checks

-Understanding which expert is best suited for a particular project/assignment and making intuitivedecisions for assigning the tasks.

-Checking Plagiarism (Turnitin)

-Proofreading for Grammar, Spelling Errors, language use

-Reading the assignment instructions and ensuring they all have been included and followed in thesolution

-Ensuring whether the deadline is met (part of quality check)

-Checking References Style (Also whether references are credible, academic sources and whether at allthey have been adequately utilized in the work)

-Whether any special instructions from the client have been included as required

-Comparing the solution using the marking guide/criteria and following the high marks criteria andensuring it is met

-Final formatting as per the assignment specifications

-For any revision requested by the client, the revision has to be made with Track Changes option on.

-The managers and the experts need to be informed that assignment writing is just not fulfilling the wordcount as many believe it to be, each word written must be related to the specifications.
