Job Profile: Specialization Trainee for our APPS tower - SQL server and Autocad
Nature of Work:
1. Writing queries in SQL Server or Oracle PL/SQL
2. Drafting/design borders and symbols in AutoCAD
3. Production support for application developed in SQL Server, Oracle PL/SQL and AutoCAD.
Target Audience: BE/B.Tech (CS/IT/ECE/EEE) passed out in 2015/2016(above 55%) and 2017(55% to 69%)
Locations of work: Chennai
• Minimum 55% marks in graduation
• Good oral and written English Communication skills.
• The students need to be flexible to get allocated to any Mphasis operatinglocation

First 12 months- Specialization Trainee at Level 1
Post 12 months- Splz Trainee Infra Engineer at Level 2
• The candidate will be hired at 'Level 1' for 12 months. Annual CTC INR 140,000/- will be offered.
They will remain at Level 1 for 12 months irrespective of them getting deployed earlier toprojects.
• The candidate will be moved to 'Level 2' after 12 months and the salary will be revised to Annual
CTC INR 180,000/-.
• The candidate is eligible for salary revision post completion of 24 months based on the
• Retention Bonus of INR 50,000/- is paid after completing 36 months with Mphasis.
Training agreement: Selected candidates have to sign Training agreement at the time of joining to stay with us for minimum 24 Months from the date of joining. In case of default an amount of INR 100,000 in full will be eecovered from the employee.
