Job Description:

Role and Responsibilities:

-Present capabilities/solutions and share relevant insights with the clients in a compelling manner

-Prepare proposals and solutions for large and complex deals

-Lead benchmarking pilots, conduct analytics and communicate the success to the clients .

-Idenitfy all key client requirements and customizations related to the implementation and securea sign-off.

-Finalise implementation plans(scopeofwork)and handover to customer success/delivery teams.

-Conduct peridoc (monthly/quarterly) reviewsalongincludingcommercial and customer success teams with the customers to highlight progress on their priorities.

-Work with clients for writing case studies on ROI and business out comes that they have realized from using SHL‘s products and solutions.

Desired Skills and Knowledge:

-Excellent client and stake holder management abilities

-Strong analytical skills

-Good communication skills

-Presentable and confident as the role entails direct interaction with the clients.

Qualifications/ Experience: 

-Proven work experience ideally in a B2B sales environment

-Graduate/Post Graduate Degree holder

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
