About the role:
Currently looking for Solution Success Engineer professionals to be a part of Technical Support team in Pune, India.
1.Application Servers - WildFly, Jetty, JBoss
2.JDK - JDK 8, Open JDK11
3.J2EE technologies - Java, JSP, JS, JMS, Servlets
6.MSSQL 2014, MSSQL 2016 - Standard, Enterprise
1.Independently diagnose, troubleshoot, debug and resolve functional issues reported by customers.
2.Work closely with Product Development, Professional Services, QA and Product Management in-house departments to resolve assigned customer issues within the agreed SLA.
3.Provide Support to eGain Product on J2EE platform.
4.Willingness to work in Application support and production support environment
5.Should have ability of debugging.
6.Should have ability to interact effectively with global customers and team.
Must have qualifications/skills:
2.Experience in various software and/or troubleshooting techniques and tools
3.Strong customer orientation
4.Excellent oral and written communication skills.
