Role Description :
- Resolving issues for customers via Phone, Chat, Email & Remote.
- Providing voice based Technical Support to customers in regards to their Desktop, Laptop, Printers and other connected peripherals.
- Internet Connectivity modes & modules like wireless/wired internet connections, internet connections using router etc.
- Software & Hardware issues, Virus issues, System Slow issues, Blue/ Black Screen Error, Outlook, Mailer Issues etc.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- 0 to 3 years of experience in a Tech/Semi Tech Support process.
- Shall possess excellent in communication skills and Tech knowledge of Windows OS's and applications.
- In depth knowledge of Internet Connectivity modes and modules like wireless/wired internet connections, internet connections using router etc.
- Software and Hardware knowledge in terms of common issues and resolutions like Virus, System Slow issues. Printers and other peripherals along
with Laptop and Desktops.
- Open to 24x7 shifts.
- Target driven in terms of productivity, open to up selling and process related metrics.
