About The Company: Chapter Apps  Inc. is an emerging startup focused on the Mobile Learning space.  It is a US company incorporated in Silicon Valley along with an accelerator, called Studio9Plus.  Other investors include seasoned professionals based all over the world.  Guiding Star Digital Publishers LLP owns a majority of equity in Chapter Apps Inc and is the India based development partner of Chapter Apps Inc.

The organization provides a wide range of elearning  solutions in the SAAS, PAAS model for B2B and B2C customers. The goal is to enable better learning outcomes for students and professionals with engaging, interactive content and platforms, by learning on the Go, in small bite sized chunks both on the mobile or the laptop.  The organization bridges the gap between the classroom teaching and the content. It also helps the corporates by providing customized elearning solutions and data analytics.



Job Location: Gurgaon

Desired experience: 0 – 2 Years

Course Specialization: B.Tech/BE(CS/IT), MCA

Target Batch Passout: 2015-2017

Salary: INR 2.4 LPA to 3.6 LPA

 (The final CTC will depend upon candidates’ performance & experience during the interview and will be at the company’s discretion)

Tentative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed

Job Description :

- Experience in Manual Testing

- Able to create test cases based on requirement,functional testing,integration testing

- Ability to handle and support customers well on their issues relating to the app

- Experience in Automation testing like Selenium,JMeter will be advantage

- Experience in Security,Load and Performance testing using automation tools is a Plus

- Experience in Mobile App Testing

- Experience in supporting all test phases of the project life-cycle

- Must have strong technical,analytical and problem solving skills;familiarity with HTML,Javascript,SQL

- Self-motivatedand proactive in a fast-paced environment

- Self-learner with ability to grasp applications and business processes

- Experience in using Defect tracking system such as JIRA

- Should have worked in agile environment



-Manual Testing/Mobile App testing

-Create test cases based on requirement,functional testing,integration testing

-Supporting all test phases of a project life cycle

-Handle Customer calls regarding issues related to the app

-Supporting Customer in App usage

-Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions.

-Opens customer accounts by recording account information.

-Maintains customer records by updating account information.
-Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint.

-Determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment

-Following up to ensure resolution.  

-Mobile app testing

-Work Related to Problem-Solving

-Handling all test cases related world
