Job Description:

Roles&Responsibilities:

Collaborate with developers and product owner to develop strategies and plans .
Configure, use, and manage test environments and test data
· Create and execute test plans
· Participate in Planning/Release of sprints
· Report bugs and errors to sprint teams
· Troubleshoot issues and identify pathways to replicate problems observed by end users
· Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality
· Validate product fixes
· Review and analyze system specifications

-Skill Set Required :

-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT related field
· 4+ years of experience working in scrum teams that develop browser-based software solutions
· Good communication skills necessary to manage business requests and work with different teams across differ-ent geographies and time-zones; experience working with remote and distributed teams will be an added ad-vantage. Needs excellent English verbal and writing skills to efficiently create and communicate development requests.
• Hands-on working knowledge and experience is required in:
a. Extensive experience working on Testing and Testing Methodologies
b. Experience developing in Testing Tools and in writing Test Cases
Agile Methodologies (Scrum, TDD, BDD, etc.)
d. Hands on working experience with Python or Java
e. Hands on working experience with Selenium and/or other equivalent frameworks
f. Hands on working experience with relational databases
g. Experience working with distributed teams across regions and time zones
h. Proficient with many types of software, browsers and operating systems
i. Strong organizational skills
j. Display detailed, critical, quality-oriented, skeptical thinking about the product
