Job Description:

Responsibilities:

- Interact with product management, project management and development teams to develop a strong understanding of the project and testing objectives
- Design and create test conditions and scripts to address business and technical use cases
- Use existing tools and techniques to execute test cases and build/script new tools for performing testing/validation function
- Develop automation strategy/effort and generate scripts to perform automated testing ·cycles using (primarily) Selenium and jMeter
- Execute and analysis automation test results along with manual testing.
- Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution
- Document, track and escalate issues as appropriate, using phabricator ( knowledge not required)
- Support production deployment of applications and perform “validation testing” during the off-hours maintenance -windows

Requirements:

- 0- 3 years of work experience in testing role.
- Experience in testing mobile app and responsive website is added bonus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience of minimum 6 months in web application
- Knowhow of scripting/coding skills in common languages like VB, JAVA, PERL, C++, etc
- Database skills, mainly in SQL Server mongo Db will be advantage
- Good experience with different Operating Systems, with emphasis on Unix= variants
- Good understanding of object oriented programming, php environments.
- Knowledge of automated testing tools, like selenium, appiumjmeter
- Must demonstrate an understanding of Client server Architecture, protocols such as HTTP and HTTPS, firewalls etc.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse projects simultaneously
- Must be flexible, independent and self motivated
- Punctual, Regular and consistent attendance
