i2v systems is a technology company in video surveillance and video analytics software. i2V stands for intelligent integrated video. i2V is a technology R&D company focusing on the design, development, and production of intelligent surveillance products.

The product offerings include IP video management software, intelligent video analytics/analysis using image processing, computer vision, machine, and deep learning, automatic number plate detection system, red light violation detection system, automatic traffic counting & classification (ATCC), central monitoring system, command, and control system, smart city dashboard, PSIM (physical security information management), incident management system, cloud surveillance, and mobile surveillance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Providing software application support under the supervision of the Senior Engineer.
· Identify the need for new software products or enhancements to existing products.
· Engage appropriate internal resources to resolve technical issues and update our customers on progress toward resolution.
· Periodically review software support log(s); track performance and identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
· Provide Product knowledge & front-end support to clients and colleagues in other departments.
· Establishing the root causes of application errors, and escalating serious concerns to the Senior Engineers.
· Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
· Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they've solved a technical issue.
· Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
· Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.
· Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.
· Track computer system or software issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits.
· Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
· Ensure all issues are properly logged.
· Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
· Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
· Maintain jovial relationships with clients.
· Site Visit for Demo, POC, Installation, presentation and training purposes.

 

Skill Set Required:

· Basic or advanced hands-on of Windows Server and Client Operating Systems.
· Knowledge of #Linux Operating Systems.
· Knowledge of Storage Systems & Protocols.
· Knowledge of Networking and Devices like #Switch, #Router, #Hub, #Modem, #WirelessDevices.
· Knowledge of #TCP/ #IP, #OSIlayer & networking terminologies.
· Basic knowledge of Networking ports and Services #DHCP, #HTTP, #HTTPS, #SSL, #TLS, #RTSP, #TCP, #UDP, #RDP, #LACP, #TELNET, #TRACERT, #NETSTAT, #ARP.
· Basic Knowledge Wireshark, Cisco Packet tracer, Putty etc.
· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
· Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
· Certification in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco is advantageous.
· Ability to test Web based as well as Desktop based applications.
· Ability to design logical data flow diagrams using advanced tools.
· Experience in Surveillance domain will be advantageous.

Interview Process:

1st round: Online assessment test (Software support Assessment test)

In the assessment, you will find detailed instructions about how to complete the assessment. Please make sure to read all the instructions carefully as they will help you to complete the assessment more successfully. In this assessment, we want to evaluate the skills and programming knowledge of the candidates. For this assessment, every candidate must have a laptop and webcam. The test includes general aptitude MCQ, & some technology-related questions. The duration of the test is about 1hr 20 min. Candidates can try to give the sample test first (given in the same test link) to understand the assessment.

2nd round: Technical round
In the Technical round, we want to evaluate your technical skills. In this round, you will be asked your profile-related questions and other important technical knowledge that will be related to the position that we are hiring for.

3rd round: HR round

This is the final part of the procedure. In this round, you will be meeting with the company's CEO. In this round candidates will be judged by their confidence and abilities.

All rounds of the interviews are elimination rounds.
