Job Description:
- The candidate will be responsible for informing the manager of any problems or concerns faced during running software
- The candidate will be required to maintain daily or weekly update for work which ever they performed during week
- Installing the software at customer computers
- Providing operational and technical support through mail/phone/computer technology
- Building and maintaining relationships with the customers
- Handling customer queries efficiently through phone/email and resolving all issues in the first instance.
Skills Required:
- Candidate must be aware about basic networking concept
- Candidate must need to learn software well during training period
- Ability to explain technical concept in simple term.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
