Job Description and Skills Required:

• Basic understanding of web domain and databases
• Ability to learn and understand different systems and procedures
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot & resolve basic to intermediate technical issues in software applications
• Prioritize issue based on urgency
• Technical documentation of problems & resolution
• Handle additional responsibility when required and willingness to take ownership
