Job Description:
-Perform root-cause analysis for any issues reported by the customers as they use our software.
-Document bugs and enhancements reported by the customers and be liaison to the product team.
-Train new customers on product features.
-Monitor the production infrastructure and follow escalation protocols.
-Integrate DispatchTrack with other software using our API.
-Communicate over phone and email with international customers.
-Be available for rotational shifts 24X7 to support our customers worldwide.

Skill Set Required:
-Must have taken basics in programming course.
-Excellent Analytical and logic skills.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Must be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
