Job Description:

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and good convincing ability, to handle sales queries of customers, and plan and implement sales strategies. B.tech freshers can also apply.

**Responsibilities**

- Answering Sales related emails and queries for the Companys software products and services.

- Quality check of companys sales processes.

- Identify new opportunities for business and sales growth

- Marketing the Companys software products via emails, blogs, newsletters and social media.

- Creating good content for marketing Companys products and services including articles, presentations, etc.

- Developing and implementing new marketing and sales strategies to achieve sales goals and revenues.

- Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization

**Skills**

- Must have exceptional written and verbal communication, and client serving skills

- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting

- Strong Interpersonal, Decision making, and Problem solving skills

- Self-motivated and a good Team player

- Must have knowledge of using online sales channels like social media, emails, newsletters, etc.

- Ability to understand software product specifications.

- Must be aware of the latest developments in the social networking and social media domains.

- Proactive and quick executor.
