Internship / Training Period: 1 Year

Salary Details:

- During Internship: INR 15,000 per month

- Post completion of successful internship: Upto INR 4 LPA

Bond: 2 years

Interns will need to enter into a two-year service agreement of INR 2 lakhs, committing to a two-year period of employment with Optimus before joining.

Job Description

- Optimus is pleased to invite you to our newly designed “Internship Program”. Internship program is designed to attract the best talent from colleges, invest actively in the skills for 12 months and accepting successful Interns to high performing team at Optimus.

- Your plan for the year would consist of the four phases which will be shared once the offer is realeased. On successful completion of twelve months of internship, you would be absorbed as Software Engineer at Optimus

- This is an intense 12 months program with 60+ hours of work every week on a sustained basis. Program will consume most of the Saturdays.

- Strong written and Verbal communication skills

- You shall have to complete the CS 50 course on edX before joining at Optimus; you would be reimbursed the cost of certification at the time of joining.

Eligibility criteria: 70% in 10th, 12th and B.Tech/MCA

Interview Process:

- Aptitude test

- Machine test

- HR Interview

- Technical Interview

- Final interview
