Job Description and Skill Set Required:
-The candidate must have good communication skills.
-The candidate must accept accountability for achieving agreed upon goals.  In doing so, the candidate must proactively propose an approach to achieve each goal, seek feedback on it, and execute the related tasks.  
-The candidate must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
-The candidate must have strong knowledge of OOAD, Data Structures and Algorithms
-The candidate must have strong programming experience with .Net Framework, ASP.Net, C#, WPF,MVC, XML and XAML.
-The candidate must have experience with web service standards (WCF, REST, and SOAP). Also an ability to create secure web services.
-The candidate will preferably have experience working with relational database software such as Oracle, IBM DB/2, or Microsoft SQL Server.  Experience with MS SQL Server is preferred.
-The candidate having good database knowledge including procedure is added advantage.
-Candidate must have knowledge of OOPS, DSAL,  ASP.NET, C#, WCF, XML, SQL
-Knowledge of WPF, MVC, Windows Services, Rest API, Oracle, Struts, Spring, MVC, ZK, DBMS will be added advantage.
