With the Industry-College association, our objective is to catch the students early and train them suitable for industry and client specific needs.

Training Location: Mohali

Job Location: Mohali, Pune, Chandigarh, Bangalore

Bond: 2.6 years

CTC Terms and Conditions: 
- The training would be deemed completed upon attending 140 working days of training in the company. In event of continuous non-performance during training, the intent to employ will be revoked and training terminated immediately without any notice.
- During the Training Period in first 15 working days, the Trainee may terminate this agreement without assigning any reasons upon 2 (two) days prior written notice, at the discretion of company.
- During the training period (140 working days) Trainee will get 8000 INR as training stipend / month. There will be deductions for any absence.
- Trainee will get first stipend at end of second month if they continue with organization based on their Performance. Thereafter regular monthly stipend would be provided.
- Trainees will get lunch Meal from the first day of joining which will cost 1200/- P.M.
- After successful completion of training, the students would be awarded a package of INR 2, 80,000 inclusive of medical insurance and oracle enrollment fees of 24000 INR will be provided. This package will continue for 1 year from date of conformation.

Any deductions due to statutory or government regulations currently or in future will happen from the stated CTC.
- The students would be signing a training agreement wherein they would have to serve the company for period of 2.6 years. In case student does not want to continue in job during the period of 2.6 years he/she shall have to return entire stipend amount + INR 2, 00,000 (two lakhs) as cost spent towards his training and enablement. Training agreement need to be submitted before joining the organization.
- The students will be placed with our clients at domestic and international locations during employment and will get attractive project bonus depending upon their and company's performance during that year

Round 1: Technical Written Test
Round 2: Technical Interview
Round 3: Management Interview

Joining: March 2019 onwards
