Education Qualification -
B.E/B.TECH in CSE or IT/ISE, 2017 batch graduated
Should have completed Engineering in 4 yrs.

Skill Required -
Very Good Communication Skill - Verbal and Written
Good troubleshooting and problem analysis skills
Basics on SQL/Oracle commands
Basics on UNIX
Resolve problems reported by customers by analyzing, simulating and fixing them.
Track reported problems through the Problem tracking system and generate the necessary reports, root cause analysis, etc
Interface with customers to resolve customer reported problems/bugs, etc.
Take handover and carry out effective transition of projects from implementation to support.
Work closely with the other support teams to bring the product bugs and change requests into product enrichment propositions.
Proactively look for opportunities to help customer utilize the features of the products.
Readiness to take up new challenges as and when they come.
What we measure is what we can manage - you will support the MIS reporting
Compensation - 4L/Annum
Bond - There will be no amount charged at the time of joining, only a bond of 2 years is to be signed on breach of which you shall be liable to pay Rs. 2Lakhs. On completion of 3 years with Subex, you shall be rewarded Rs. 1 Lakh.
