Job Description and Skill Set Required:

- Analysis, development, deployment of client websites using standardized processes and development guidelines.
- Maintaining existing codebase, to include troubleshooting bugs and adding new features
- Debug, troubleshoot and fix large scale website, enterprise class applications.
- Research and learn new technologies and acquire new skills through independent study.
- Rewrite application and improve functionality
- Backend programming, business side.
- Analysis.
- Play a direct role in maintenance, technical support, documentation and administration of company-used technologies and code.
- Participating in a team-oriented environment to develop complex web-based applications
- Essential Education, Skills and Environment
- Bachelor\\\'s Engineering degree required, with a full time MCA (Optional) Or Bachelor’s degree required with full time MCA (Optional).
- Knowledge of Core Java & Advanced Java (JSP & Servlets).
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Certification in web-related technologies would be a PLUS.
- Ability to adapt and pick up new techniques and technology.
- Must be able to stay on top of advancing internet and computer technology and its effects to the business environment
- Ability to work individually or in a team to beat tight deadlines
- Ability to multi-task
- Possess excellent interpersonal, communication skills, listening and presentation skills, extremely enthusiastic, motivated and aggressive, strong negotiation skills, closing skills, diligent follow-up skills, flexibility, willingness to work in an unstructured environment, openness, less control, ability to work within a culturally diverse environment.
- Contract of 2 years after completing the Training period i.e. altogether 2.6 years.
