Job Profiles: R&D Dept

• Software Engineer / QA Engineer
• Software Engineer Trainee / QA Engineer Trainee.

Remuneration:  Fixed + Variable( effect on salary in Probation period / Training period).

• For Software Engineer Positions salary range is Rs 18,000 to Rs 25,000.
• For Software QA/Test Engineer Positions Salary range is 16,000 to 20,000.

Note:  Salaries also vary from the position to position and candidate to candidate

Course specialization: B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc/B.Sc/B.C.A.

Desired Experience : Freshers.

Role and Responsibilities & Required Skill Set:

• The candidate will be responsible for iPad, iPhone, Android and Hybrid Mobile App
• development
• The candidate will be responsible for Java & JavaScript frameworks based web application
• development
• The candidate will be responsible for Microsoft Windows Desktop Application Development
• The candidate will be responsible fo Quality Assurance using test automation tools & manual
• testing
• The candidate should have problem solving skills [good analytical mind & logical thinking ability], hardworking with the will / passion to succeed.
• The candidate should have exposure to programming language / experience in programming for the development positions etc.

Training Period : All the candidates once joined will be trained on the job.

Sourcing Process:

• Written Test--Written test on Technical Knowledge Areas. (In the Technical Knowledge test candidates has to write Java Programming Code for 5 questions. If any of the candidate not aware of the JAVA he/she can choose any other computer languages (Preferably C,C++) to clear the test).The Candidates need to clear this test once again to get select for further rounds.

• Panel Interview ( In panel interview our Hiring Managers will assess the candidates onProblem Solving, Comprehension, Analytical, Logical thinking areas).
• Final Round Interview with CEO and HR.

IMP: The company is a software development company. Interested candidate should be strong in their domain area means in programming .Those candidate who have strong interest in software development or interested in developer profile are need to apply only.
