Target Batch: 2018-2019

Salary: Stipend INR 8000 Per Month (For initial 4 Months) and 10000 (For the next 4 months)
Salary (Once confirmed)INR 1.5 LPA ,2 lakhs with Salary revisions happening after 6 months.
After revision(INR 2.5 LPA to INR 4 LPA)
(The final CTC will depend upon candidate's performance in the interview & Training Period and will be at the company's discretion)

• The shortlisted candidates will be sent Admit Cards/Call Letters on their registered mail Id, which they will need to, carry on the date of Interview. No candidate will be entertained by the company without the formal intimation from Aspiring Minds.

- Accelerator Framework from CPARSEC Technologies will help you self-asses in one of the top two hiring profiles in the software industry i.e. Full Stack Developer and Full Stack QA and choose a career from top job roles in the industry. We are offering this high value program to “Aspiring Minds” students for a limited period of time.

- Students who would get selected for the XploreU Program will go through an intense 12 month training that will consist of 4 months class room training, 2 months in the Global Development Training and 6 months as a trainee engineer working at the client site.

-"Selected Candidates need to pay a refundable deposit of Rs. 35000/- before joining. This amount would be refunded after successful completion of 2 years at CPARSEC."

The candidate will also receive an internship stipend of INR 8,000 for first 4 months, INR 10,000 for the next 4 months and 1.5 Lakhs per Annum to 2 Lakhs Per Annum for the last 4 months.

- At the end of the 12 months program, the candidate will be absorbed as a full time employee as per the terms of the offer letter. The candidate can avail 100% funding for this 12 month program from leading educational loans organisations.
- Some of the candidates who are excellent in problem solving will be selected for our internal Accelerator Program instead of working on client site. Here they will be encouraged to build a solution for a problem or idea and present a business case.

Note: 1.The candidates will have to carry their own laptop for the program as well as the interview process. This is Mandatory. We will not be able to help the candidates without Laptop.
