Salary: Stipend INR 6000 Per Month (For first 4 Months) and INR 8000 Per Month (For initial 4 Months) and 10000 (For the next 4 months)
           Salary (after 1 year) - INR 1.8 LPA - INR 2.4 LPA
(The final CTC will depend upon candidate's performance in the interview & Training Period and will be at the company's discretion)

Job Description:
- We are looking for highly skilled computer programmers who would be working as Full Stack Developers & Full Stack QA, They’d be responsible for developing and designing front end web architecture, ensuring the responsiveness of applications and working alongside graphic designers for web design features, among other duties and testing the web applications through manual and automated testing.
- Full Stack Developers & QA will be required to see out a project from conception to final product, requiring good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Full Stack Developer Responsibilities:
- Developing front end website architecture.
- Designing user interactions on web pages.
- Developing back end website applications.
- Creating servers and databases for functionality.
- Ensuring cross-platform optimisation for mobile phones.
- Ensuring responsiveness of applications.
- Working alongside graphic designers for web design features.
- Seeing through a project from conception to finished product.
- Designing and developing APIs.
- Meeting both technical and consumer needs.
- Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.

Full Stack QA Responsibilities:
- Developing highly complex automated test scripts.
- Identifying gaps in the application as early it can be.
- Testing databases for functionality.
- Ensuring cross-platform functionality for mobile phones & handheld devices.
- Ensuring responsiveness of applications.
- Working alongside graphic designers for improvement in web design features.
- Seeing through a project from conception to finished product.
- Testing APIs.
- Web application testing frameworks (e.g. Selenium), Mobile Application Testing frameworks (e.g. Appium etc) and web technologies (Browsers, HTTP, HTML, Javascript).
- Java Development, Java testing frameworks (e.g. JUnit, AssertJ) and Java IDEs.
- Meeting both technical and consumer needs.
- Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.

Full Stack Developer & QA Requirements:
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Proficiency with fundamental front end languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React and Amber.
- Proficiency with server side languages such as Python, Java etc
- Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle and MongoDB.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Attention to detail.

About the XploreU Program:
- Accelerator Framework from CPARSEC Technologies will help you self-asses in one of the top two hiring profiles in the software industry i.e. Full Stack Developer and Full Stack QA and choose a career from top job roles in the industry.
- Students who would get selected for the XploreU Program will go through an intense 12 month training that will consist of 4 months class room training, 2 months in the Global Development Training and 6 months as a trainee engineer working at the client site.
- At the end of the 12 months program, the candidate will be absorbed as a full time employee as per the terms of the offer letter.
- The candidate can avail 100% funding for this 12 month program from leading educational loans organisations. The candidate will also receive an internship stipend of INR 8,000 for first 4 months, INR 10,000 for the next 4 months and 1.5 Lakhs per Annum to 2 Lakhs Per Annum for the last 4 months.
- Some of the candidates who are excellent in problem solving will be selected for our internal Accelerator Program instead of working on client site. Here they will be encouraged to build a solution for a problem or idea and present a business case.

Note: The candidates will have to carry their own laptop for the program. This is Mandatory. We will not be able to help the candidates without Laptop.
