Course Specialization: B.E./B.Tech (IT and Comp Branch - 2016 Batch only)

Probation/Training Period: 4-6 months

Joining: The candidate needs to undergo and qualify an assessment round of 10 days at office location where his skills and efforts will be evaluated. The qualified candidate needs to join at the earliest or by 15th March 2017.

Tentative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed.

Job Description:

We are looking for Engineers who are enthusiastic about the Software Developer role, who can take up the challenges, passionate about the technologies and eager to learn or ramp on the product.

The selected candidate will be a part of the Software Development Team and will be responsible for analysing business requirements to design, engineer and build software solutions.

Duties: 

1. Interacting with client, gathering and analysing information.

2. Support by developing documentation and assistance tools.

3. Report progress to supervisor and project managers, including the preparation of weekly status reports

4. Self-Testing before deployment on Server.

5. Tracking and monitoring the performance of the system and provide proactive resolution for problem or outages

6. Working on the development of relevant technical standards and interface applications for the system.

Skills / Expertise: 

1. Expertise in Core JAVA.

2. Knowledge in programming using SQL.

3. Knowledge of HTML/CSS & JavaScript/jQuery will be a plus. 

4. Skilled in Software Development Fundamentals, Debugging, Documentation and Testing.

5. Must have a high aptitude for analysing information, problem solving, designing software algorithms, tuning software performance and keen attention to detail.

Instructions:

1. If selected candidate will be subjected to 10 days of assessment period at office location.

2. Post evaluation of assessment period you will start working with us on the position of "Software Developer - Trainee".

3. For the first six months you will be on probation period. Post that you will be confirmed for the position of "Software Developer".

4. Please note that leaving the company before the completion of 2 years, you won't be provided salary on notice period of 3 months.

5. No Bond.
