Job location: Noida

Course Specialization: ME/M.Tech, BSc, MCA, BE/B.Tech, PG Diploma, MSc, Diploma, BCA

Desired Experience: 0 to 2 Years

Roles and Responsibilities:
Day-to-day support for data management and analytics-based solutions, including production support on proprietary and Big Data platforms and tools such as Python, SQL, Shell etc.
Work within delivery operations group to maintain projects in production, provide production support, monitoring, performing operations and enhancements, bug fixing and change requests.
Identify opportunities for solution improvement and implement reusable automations to save time and effort in maintaining solutions in production environment.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously owing project deliverables and client communication.
Drive problem-solving & debugging exercises and guide junior members in project deliveries.
Develop business/domain understanding of the underlying solution to better comprehend changes and enhancements in the system.
Pro-actively communicate issues/concerns to project leadership to mitigate risks to projects.
Work closely with leads/managers in creating project documentations, test validation documents, run books, track code changes, maintain issues/bugs list and participate in trainings/KT sessionsDevelop prototypes and proof of concepts for the selected solutions.
