Job Description :
- Follow agile methodology, design, develop, and implement web-based Java applications to support business requirements.
- Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.
- Assist in preparing technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents.
- Develop and maintain operational and system level documentation.
- Adopt new technologies, tools, and methodologies to deliver mission critical, enterprise class systems.
- Write and perform unit testing.
- Work as part of a dynamic team throughout the software development life cycle(Agile).
- Contribute to automated builds & deployment.
- Develop Use Cases, Sequence Diagrams and Class Diagrams using UML for designing for large applications.
- Be part of a global (multi-site, multi-time zone) team developing applications and providing services.

Skill Set Required :
- Hands on experience in designing interactive applications.
- Ability to develop software in C, C++, C#, Java or other languages.
- Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies.
- Ability to document requirements and specifications.
- Familiarity with software development methodology and release processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and production diagnostic skills.
- Proficiency building and executing unit and functional tests.
- Ability to do a code walk-through on sample code selected at random.
- Highly motivated and passionate about new technologies.
- Experience with international/global (multi-site, multi-time zone) teams preferred.
