-Candidate will be responsible for the analysis, development and maintenance of the .Net based applications and framework
-Candidate should be an expert coder who is knowledgeable in efficient algorithms and data structures.
-Candidate should also command strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and having experience getting the most out of Microsoft technologies.
-Candidate should have an aptitude to learn the nitty-gritty of a new application domain.
-Candidate should be unafraid to take on difficult challenges and are able to design and build innovative systems that solve complex real-world problems.
-Candidate should be a good communicator who explains technical details in a precise and succinct manner understandable to non-engineers, and seek a team of high-calibre peers with whom you will collaborate.
-Candidate must have experience in developing enterprise based solutions.
