Desired Experience: 0 -2 Years

Salary: For 1-2 years experience: CTC - 3.6 Lakhs per annum
For fresher's: CTC - 1.8 Lacs per annum.

Tentative date of Interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed

Interview Process:

- Logical/Analytical programming test - It is a programming test which judges the candidate\'s logical and analytical thinking.
- F2F technical interview - It is a face to face discussion interview on concepts, design w.r.t programming and skills.
- Programming test for implementation in hands-on technologies - It is a programming test which judges the candidate whether he has really hands on the technologies claimed by him/her.
- Client Interview - you will have an interview with the client from UK to verify all the interview rounds gone through and an overview technical round.
- Salary discussion and offer issue - just salary negotiation and offer issue.

Job Description and Skill Set Required: 

- Must be a fast paced self-learner. 
- Must be passionate in programming. 
- Must be a good programmer. 
- Must be having good analytical skills. 
- Must be having good demonstration of object oriented programming. 
- For now, must be having hands on at least few technologies from this list: C#, .NET, ASP.NET, MongoDB, SQL Server, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript. 
- Interested to work in a startup environment from the ground-up and develop to be part of a company which will eventually be a great tech company in future. 
- Should have a high level of integrity. 
- Should be able to join ASAP within 4 weeks of time. 
- Must be geographically from within Trichy District.
