LotVue creates Simple, Visual and Social apps for Home Builders and Property Developers. LotVue is changing the way builders and developers sell more homes and lots, increase margins and engage customers more effectively. Lot Insight allows you to visually track and manage your lot inventory, get rapid insights into sales status, construction progress budget and schedule variance and architectural compliance information. It leverages the data that already exists in a variety of silos including ERP systems, CRM applications, Construction Management Software or Spreadsheets. Lot Buzz allows builders and developers to engage prospective home buyers on their community website with visual and relevant content that draws them in further to explore and reach out for more information on specific lots or plans.

Job Description:

- Candidates must be passionate about building products that have sophisticated featured but are dead simple to use and visually appealing.

- Candidates must thrive on being involved in all aspects of the product - front end, back end, cloud management, support.

- Candidates must thrive on customer feedback and satisfaction.

- Candidates must be able to get things done quickly but with a strong sense of quality.

- Must enjoy working together with other engineers, discussing solutions to problems, and supporting others in their goals.

- Comfortable and efficient in using virtual communication tools - web conferencing, chat , Learning and growing constantly is your priority.

Skill Set Required:

- Ruby on Rails, RubyGems,HTML5, CSS

- JavaScript, JQuery, AngularJS, AJAX (primarily JSON, HTML),Bootstrap,Linux, Apache

- Relational database design and SQL programming (mostly MySQL, some SQL Server)

- Version control systems and principles (we use GIT)

B.Sc., B.Tech/B.E., BCA, MCA
