Mechlin Software is hiring for Software Developer Trainee and Business Development Trainee profiles. Please review below given details

Profile 1: Software Developer Trainee

Job Profile:

• Gather Software requirements (~15%)

o Elicit requirements from onsite team and customer team

o Review User Stories and create software development tasks

• Develop architecture design (~20%)

o Develop iterative prototypes and analyze various upstream data sources

o Prepare approach document based on the business needs

o Identify design alternatives and conduct technical feasibility

o Develop proof of concepts for technical evaluation and early customer feedback

o Develop database schema and document other architectural dependencies for a reliable, scalable, and optimal solution

o Develop algorithms to convert functional specifications into software design

• Application development using Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server BI tools, Power BI, Microsoft Azure, SharePoint Online, and C# (~35%)

o Write Front-end and Back-end code as per the approach document

o Develop, maintain, and enhance unit test suites to verify the accuracy of ETL processes, dimensional data, OLAP cubes and various forms of BI content including reports, dashboards, and analytical models

o Analyze the reports generated by the tools and incorporate the changes/ results

o Conduct peer code reviews and external code reviews using Git and Visual Studio Online

o Generate and deploy daily builds for verification and customer review

• Business Intelligence (BI) application testing (~20%)

o Ensure the consistency between the defined requirements, the implementation of the business logic at the database layer, and the user's experience in interacting with that data

CTC: 1.8 LPA - 4.5 LPA*

Salary Package Details:
**Offered salary packages will commence after Initial Learning Program (ILP) period to the selected candidate. The ILP period will be 6 months. During Initial Learning Program, the candidate will receive the stipend as 6k per month.

Bond Details: 2 Years service bound after ILP (Initial Learning Program). If candidate leaves without a prior notice of 3 month, he/she needs to pay last 3 months salary in such case. 

Eligibility: 60% in 10th, 12th and Graduation

Qualification: B.tech (CSE/IT/ECE), BCA, MCA

Profile 2: Business Development Trainee 

Job Profile:
1. Prepare Bid Plan, Proposal Strategy and assist in making updates, clarifications and additions to the proposal.
2. Effectively update, file and manage all information and critical documents related to bids - emails, website uploads, client documents etc. to ensure information is ready available for future reference.
3. Take complete ownership of driving the bid, throughout different stages from Deal Evaluation, Story Boarding, Proposal Summary & writing, till the final submission to the customer.

Desired Skills: Excellent Communication Skills

CTC: 1.8 LPA - 4.5 LPA* fixed + Incentive
