Job Requirment:

- As part of our core team, you will be working directly with the founders in bringing the vision of EnGrip to reality. This involves enhancing our platform, mainly by building back-end code that serves API endpoints for our front-end coders to consume.
- We employ OKR framework to execute our strategy, improve focus, increase transparency and foster alignment by organizing all our team members and the work they do around achieving common goals. And yes we do continuous deployments to production at least once in a day, may be more!

Job Description:

- Currently EnGrip is running on Azure stack and we use code igniter as our framework. So you must be fairly comfortable with PHP and Codeigniter.
- Knowledge in HTML/CSS/Javascript/AJAX and JQuery
- Good problem solving skills since we would be dealing with a lots of real-world problems faced by our customers that we need to solve.
- You've got a few projects under your belt, and you've made some mistakes. We value people who learn from mistakes and improve themselves in tiny ways every day. But of course you don't make the same mistakes over and over again because you know how to use automated tests and production monitoring to catch them next time around.
- You have contributed to open source projects.
- You contribute to developer communities
