Job Description:
We are looking for someone who loves technology to join our Core Engineering team in Delhi. We are building an one a kind solution for Digital Ad market. We are a team of people who are already working in the field of digital marketing for last 6 years.
You will work directly with business stakeholders and founders and get to own and execute critical components from scratch. Since Tech is at the heart of our product, we take it very seriously and as such we leverage the latest cutting-edge technologies. We love engineers who like to get their hands dirty right from the code down to the server and infrastructure level. Be it setting up of Database clusters or dockerizing your application, we follow best-practices and utilize developer tool-chain to enable the developers to their maximum.
Skill Set Required:
- 3-5 years of work-experience in Python/Nodejs/Java/RoR
- Familiar with various design and architectural patterns
- Sound knowledge of Databases - Mysql,Mongo,Cassandra
- Sound knowledge of Caching - Redis/Hazelcast/Memcached
- Deep understanding of how RESTful APIs work
- Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system
- Understanding of accessibility and security compliance
- Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
- Experience with Queue based streaming systems like Kafka,RabbitMq
- Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
- Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
- Familiarity with continuous integration
- Strong unit test and debugging skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
