Job Description :

-B.Tech in CSE/IT.

-2-5 years of experience in developing Web Applications using Open Source Technologies

Essential Skills :

-End-to-end full stack developer

-Excellent knowledge of PHP, MySQL, AJAX, jQuery

-Expert in one or more PHP Frameworks/CMS (Drupal, Codeigniter, Wordpress, Laravel, Symfony2, Magento, etc)

-Strong understanding of Git and Git based workflows

-Basic Linux Administration and Apache/Nginx Server Performance Management

-Contributions in Open Source Communities

-Good Technical Analysis skills

-Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Methodologies

-Good understanding of OOPS and MVC

-Knowledge of API integrations and creating web services

-Knowledge of Angular JS / Mean stack will be preferred

-Experience in Travel Industry, Ecommerce, Social networking solutions will be preferred

-Strong interpersonal skills

-Strong command over English language

Responsibilities :

-Provide technical leadership and assumes overall accountability for a successful implementation phase on all client projects. Oversees team, freelance web developers and partner web developers, ensures technical solutions are properly architected and specified, and reviews all code for quality assurance purposes.

-Understand each client’s organizational goals and objectives. Develops lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties.

-Help team members progress toward their professional development goals. Defines and disseminates technology best practices.

-Ensure that all deadlines are met. Resolve issues of team members else escalate
