-Excellent communication skills.

Technical Skills:

-Must be well versed with OOPS, ASP.NET, Web-services, WCF, Oracle, SQL server, MYSQL database, open sources like open layer, postgres / postgis , javascript/Jquery.

-Must be well versed with software lifecycle management (SDLC).

-Must have seen/know list of documents

-Detailed design document
-Class diagrams
