Job Description:

For Software Developer:

- Participate in requirements analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
- Write clean, scalable code
- Test and deploy applications and systems
- Revise, update, refactor and debug code
- Improve existing software
- Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support

For Business Analyst:

- Should have good Analytical and Interpersonal skills
- Should have good Verbal and Written communication skills
- The ability for Questioning: Who, Why, Where, When, What, How
- Ability to quickly learn applications
- Able to analyze the problem from different angles and understand the complexities of the business
- Should be a good team player
- Knowledge of different technologies will be an add-on
- Positive thinking
- Ability to think through the business solution that can lead to the profitability for the clients
- Passionate about taking challenges

Skill Set Required:

For Software Developer:

- Good Programming knowledge.
- Good communication skilss
- Good Logical skills
- Cerification on Angular, React, Python, ROR

For Business Analyst:

- Good communication skills
- Good presentation skills
