The social media manager will implement company’s social media marketing activities in a planned and result oriented model. The person should be incumbent of developing brand awareness via social media channels, generate inbound traffic and cultivate leads.
How can you contribute at POSist?
•Execution of all social media activities: Share, Engage, Convert
•Create social media campaigns in sync with the content marketing strategy and call-to-actions to drive relevant traffic and engage on multiple platforms simultaneously
•Track all social media channels for performance and create fortnightly dashboards and reports covering but not limited to sentiment, CTR, traffic conversion, mentions, shares
•Research and create relevant creative content as per trending discussions or keyword queries across platforms, to engage and relate to customer’s psyche and deliver the right content
•Tweet constantly to receive multiple mentions and re-tweets in the process & build strong presence on Google+ and LinkedIn along with other social media platforms like Facebook etc
•Collaborate with the designer to create creative media for all social platforms
•Build & manage relationships with bloggers and enthusiasts to both source & distribute content
•Work on social media tools like hootsuite, hubspot etc.
•Suggest ideas to boost rankings and followership across social media platforms
•Suggest various paid models for engagement and conversion of fans/followers into leads
•Good writing and analytical skills
•Creative and self motivated to think out of the box and create viral campaigns
•Should be flexible and able to handle projects independently
•Prior B2B experience will be preferred
•Google Analytics IQ preferred
•Digital course certification will be an added advantage
