Desired Experience: 2-4 years of experience in community management, proficient in engaging online consumers/communities and blogging---(social media activation by Videos, Posts, Status Updates on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google +, Youtube )

Salary : INR 1.8 – 5.4 LPA
-Clear understanding of how social communities work, response management and building a community.
-Build brand reputation with online customer and rest-of-Web community.
-Populate online communities and drive engagement with fans and followers (Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, You Tube).
-Participate in community discussions; provide information, and moderate content.
-Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute online marketing programs with high visibility that will impact communities, influencer networks and prospective customers.
-Develop work plans, set milestones, and achieve objectives.
-Track campaign performance using platform analytics.
-Planning and ideation.
-Must have a basic knowledge of designing tools namely Adobe Photoshop / Corel Draw.
Skill Set Required:
-Excellent oral and written communication skills (including presentation skills)
-Excellent knowledge of contemporary media and its operations.
-Good working knowledge of broad economic, and business trends.
-Good influencing, negotiating and conflict management skills
-Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
