Job description:
- Experience with development in Service Cloud: casemanagement consoles, processes, workflows, escalation and case assignmentrules, and customer service portals.
- Good to have Experience with development in SalesCloud: leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities, products, pricebooks, andquote generation.
- Proficiency with the APEX applications integrationlayer and customization environment; specifically, creating, adapting andstreamlining triggers, classes, methods, controllers, as well as creatingVisualforce pages, and API integrations.
- Experience with Visualforce, JavaScript and JQuerytechnologies.
- Good to have Experience with integration tools such asInformatica or Oracle ICS.
- Salesforce Certified Developer or Advanced Developercertifications preferred
- Understanding of IT general control for applicationchange management and strong analytical skills to translate businessrequirements into system functionality.
