The person would be attending and servicing customers by answering inquiries, resolving complaints and providing requested information through mails, chat/telephonic support. You will be a part of Client Servicing Department and will get huge exposure in building and retaining client relationships. The candidate may grow as a servicing professional involved in interactions with the Top Notch IT/ITES/BFSI Companies.
