Desired Experience: 0 to 3 Years

Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead the overall technical design and development activities related to ServiceNow using proven ITSM methodologies.
Perform application/process design, and implementation and configuration of various ServiceNow modules or custom application development. This includes, but not limited to: Client scripts, UI policies/actions, Business Rules, Workflow administration, database views, and data import transformations.
Develop technical design specifications based on business and functional requirements.
Interface with other business units and stakeholders to gather and manage expectations.
Transform technical specifications into ServiceNow workflow designs and customizations
Lead and develop custom workflows to integrate ServiceNow with other external ITSM toolsets using standard protocols
Design and develop custom dashboards and reports using out of the box capabilities in ServiceNow-
Participate and contribute to technical architecture design meetings and discussions on the strategy and product roadmap of the ServiceNow platform within ITS Global
Design and develop custom Service Catalog forms and workflows for service request fulfilment requirements from various business organizations
Designing and building of portals using ServiceNow Service portal application
Provide best practice while designing solutions and developing at platform and code level
Coach and assist end users with the operational use of the platform if required

B.Com., B.Sc., B.Tech/B.E., BCA, Diploma 3 Yr., M.Tech./M.E., MCA, P.G. Diploma 1 Yr., P.G. Diploma 2 Yr.
