Job Description:

-Good communication skill - Oral & Writing.

-Respond to customer enquiries.

-Develop and maintain a positive client relationship through up customer service calls.

-Documentation of service complaints and assigning it to the service team member.

-Document and escalate difficult issues.

-Participate in meetings to improve productivity, resolve customer service issues and manage workload of team.

-Assist with training of new employees within department.

KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES-

Professional:

-Customer service experience in an office setting.

-Can calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, commissions, percentages.

-Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and execute.
