Roles and Responsibilites:
JD- Repair AC
(1) Service and repair air conditioners.
2) Respond to calls from customers needed repair and maintenance on their air conditioners.
(3) Ask questions to determine the nature of the problem and make mental notes to choose the correct tools to take along
(4) Diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions.
(5)Interview customers to determine what their needs are in terms of repair, installation, and maintenance.
(6)Install, replace, or repair equipment that has been damaged.
(7)Repair air conditioning units by performing analysis and troubleshooting activities.
(8)Perform maintenance activities such as cleaning AC grills and filters on installed air conditioning systems.
(9)Provide repair cost estimates, and recommend whether appliance repair or replacement is a better choice.
(10)Provide customers with information on operating air conditioning systems to derive complete benefit from them. (11)Prepare service bills, take payments and issue receipts.
