Salary Details:

INR 7000 - INR 10000 (During probation period)

INR 1.2 LPA - INR 1.8 LPA (After probation period.) The salary mentioned after the probation period can be more depending upon candidates' performance during the probation period.

Probation Period: 6 Months

Course Specialization: Diploma (EE,EN,EI)

Job Description and Skills Required:

Responsible for attending service support calls at Customer place.

Should have good technical knowledge.

Should have knowledge of control panels, ACs, Invertors.

Should be able to handle project and maintenance jobs.

Good communication skills to handle customer and vendors.

Needs to travel daily within assigned territory.

Know machine installation.

Know PCB servicing.

To be equipped with basic tools & machine manuals.

Frequently working on-site, isolated from office environment.

Manage spare parts inventories and support Logistics/ Operations material handling.

Perform Preventative Maintenance for Equipment when and where applicable.

Work with field engineering support to provide customers with dispositions, root cause analysis investigations, and risk assessments as required.

Trouble shooting off-site and on-site problems.

Procurement of indigenous raw materials, packing material including vendor negotiation.
