-Follow up with customer for outstanding payments
-Preparing proposal and follow up for the same
-Maintaining service stock, service center repairs.
-Aligning engineer for support calls and activities
-Maintaining customer satisfaction feedback
-Maintaining engineer service activity reports
-Scheduling weekly review meetings
-Keeping track of billing cycle of customers
-Sending invoices to customers
-To provide support to the Service engineer and correspondence to customers. Receive as well communicate business information to Service staff.
-Candidate profile: ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATE PREFER
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Sending quotations to clients.
-Knowledge of SAP B1 will be preferred
-Generate AMC business and keep in touch with existing clients
