Job Description:
- Maintaining and filling records & Create the MIS Reports
- Preparing and managing internal Data Management System.
- Creating, maintaining and updating the engineer’s files, reports and all other records.
- Ensuring proper status of all service calls at any given time of the day.
- Daily calls reports to be collected from engineers & updating the same in system
- Update the customer on the status of the service calls.
