Job Description :
-Register service complaints
-Plan and execute service complaints / deliverables.
-Train and motivate service engineers
-Coordinate with service engineers Branch wise
-Arrange for Machine demos
-Coordinate with service engineers on after sales like installation, commissioning, service complaints
-Coordinate with customers through Telephone & professional emails regarding service issues
-Draft spares quotations/Proforma invoices/AMC proposals
Skills Set Required :
-Must have strong & excellent written & verbal English communications skill
-Knowledge of EXCEL
-Should understand kannada&hindi
