Job Description:

• Strategize with SEO Agency, Analytics, Brand, Content, Creative and Upper Management teams to recommend strategies that drive SEO growth.
• Day-to-day management of paid and natural search engine marketing campaigns.
• Maintain SEO budgets and hit performance metrics (Sales, CPA’s, and Revenue Goals).
• Provide guidance on optimal content design to maximize benefit from SEO.
• Improve the SEO teams communications and drive synergies with external stakeholders.
• Managed a team of content writers, link builders, and social media marketers.
• Perform technical SEO Audits of client websites.
• Fundamental understanding of HTML.
• Experience with CSS, JavaScript and Flash a plus.

Required Skills:

• Ability to handle multiple ongoing tasks with changing priorities
• Hands-on experience executing technical and local SEO best practices, reporting, and proactively adjusting tactics.
• Understanding of content management systems like WordPress.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of SEO experience required.
• The ideal candidate should also be comfortable in a client facing role with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Desired Skills:

• SEO experience with eCommerce preferred
• Experience successfully implementing SEO strategies with a goal of increasing traffic and revenue preferred
• Work with multiple departments including Content, Social Media and Paid to develop and implement strategies
