Requisites :

-Graduate/Post Graduate (with 0 to maximum of 1 year in Digital Marketing)

-Fluency in English, Hindi, Local Language.

-Able to work independently and the flexibility of working for a startup.

-Should have strong interpersonal & communication skills. Should have knowledge of MS office (word, excel and power-point).

-Should know the basics of HTML language.

Responsibilities :

-Link Building - Networking and building relationships with other sites in our space and finding ways to get sites to link to our website. (forums)

-On-Page Optimization - Making sure that new and existing webpages include the correct keywords, link structure, image alt tags, meta descriptions and internal links. (one day a week)

-Keyword Research - Identifying opportunities for new marketing pages and blogs.

-Site Optimization - Analyzing site traffic and coming up with new ideas to implement in order to increase visitor engagement.
